We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

7. PET SAFETY

Our products are costume accessories for supervised dress-up only. They are not toys. Always supervise your pet while wearing the product and remove it if your pet tries to chew it. Choose the right fit and never tie it too tight. WigglePup is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse or unsupervised use.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WigglePup is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
