30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We want you and your pup to love your WigglePup. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY

- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.

- Items damaged by chewing or pet use can't be returned.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Contact us at elmae01@hotmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping is free and non-refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to return the item.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
